I give a zero star rating because of its worst rooms. I don't know how this property is existing on Make My Trip Value Stays.If You Stay At The Hotel It's A High Chance to Get Hospitalized. We Had A Very Poor Experience. we travelled as a family of 8members on first day we thought it's good hotel when we looked at lobby."Never Judge This Hotel With Looking At Its Lobby" The Rooms Are Poor Dirty With Full Of Insects And One Major Incident Happened when two of our family members got electric ⚡ Shock In The Bath Room And One Of Them Was A Senior Citizen Of 75 Years(Due To Geyser Fault). Think The Amount Of Risk.The Door Handles Were Damaged With Poor Sanitation.Even The Flush Of Bathroom Was Broken.Then Another Issues(This Hotel Is Literally Pathetic) We Ordered Food By Dialing 6 On Telephone To The Hotel Owned By Sarin Inn Named Charcoal. Very Costly Hotel with Prices Starting From 275 minimum For Just A Soup.Atleast When We Ordered Food We Thought That Food Will Be Good But After Eating It All 8 Members Has Diarrhea And Vomiting For 3 Days Including Myself. I Never Reccomend This Hotel To Anyone. Pathetic!!!!

I booked 2 rooms for 3 days and paid 13000 rupees 1. Room condition was worst 2. Breakfast was not included 3. Even after saying room was not cleaned 4. Water bottles were not provided even after reminding them 5. Towels were not changed on daily basis 6. Far from vishwanath market Overall experience was very bad will never recommend any one.

Totally 3 days we stayed in 2 rooms. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in the cloak room for the entire daytime. It is a good gesture. But there are many negative aspects I came across. The hotel is just opposite to a cemetery. Cleanliness is lacking. Restaurant is very costly but food is good. Geyser was not working. It wasn't attended till we vacated. Hot water was given in bucket. AC remote was not working properly. No latch to the bathroom. Shampoo kept in the dispenser is of poor quality. Locking arrangement in the French door is not working; security is at risk. I don't think we got value for money. One of the receptionist was very rude and mannerless.
