The location of the hotel in Old Digha is fabulous. The view is great. The inconvenience you will face is the staff asking and nagging for tips from day 1. Other then that, the service provided is satisfactory and staffs in general are polite.

Location was good but thats it. Horrible service. Below par restaurant with huge waiting time especially in weekends. Food taste was average. Worst was i even caught the cleaning maid cleaning the room using our bathroom bucket!!!!!!!!! I paid 5k for a 3 person room and this is what i get.

The hotel is good. Location ambience and the food is also good. But a major problem is the money/tips demanded by the staff. Right from the day 1 to the Day 3, many of this hotel staffs always wanted tips. Some of them I do not remember meeting also. They demand tips for opening the room, taking food at restaurant, making the room, cleaning and what not. If they are not satisfied with the amount, they are somewhat rude and express clear displeasure. My room was not cleaned on one day because my tips amount could not please him/them. This attitude of the staffs is extremely irritating. I expect the hotel administration to seriously look into the matter for maintaining hotel reputation.

The best location in Digha. The sea facing rooms are awesome. The room sizes are incomparable...no current hotels will have rooms of this size. The hotel has been renovated lately and the garden and space it has inside is also wonderful. However, service is poor. Took 30+ mins for tea to get served. Took a similar wait at their restaurant for food. Also, food quality is inconsistent. Whilst some items are still good some are not
