It's a nice hotel with all basic amenities. Staff is very caring and promptly reponded whenever required. Menu at breakfast was limited, but whatever was available...did justice to our taste buds. The only negative point was that hotel had an early checkout (9 a.m) policy. Though they didn charge us for checking out late. Overall good experience. Recommended

The rooms are tired in some parts, with some sections having been updated. More attention needs to be given to cleaning the bathrooms before guests check in. The towels provided were worn. There was an unpleasant odour from the air con. Wifi was very patchy and unreliable. Breakfast experience is average and could be better. Beds were comfortable and bathroom facilities were good. The reception staff were polite and professional. The common sections of the property are pleasant such as the pool.

Rooms were decent but some had issues like smelly toilet/pillows and broken chair. Restaurant service is very slow, but the food is good. Location is also close by the airport. Food charges need to be double checked with the bill as they did too much overcharging in our case and were giving excuses like providing one menu in restaurant but billing with other highly priced menu(bar menu basically) , or straight up adding 100-200 rs on random food items on the bill like..199rs paratha billed as 499rs which is exactly what prompted us to double check with menu and bill during check out. The GST applied on the food was also 18% as compared to another restaurant with similar type of food which only applied 5%.
