I booked this property name hotel shilo in, delhi, jangpura block They didn't allow us to enter the hotel saying there is no room available even when our room was booked already with prepaid payment. They talked to us very rudely and said to go somewhere else. The door was locked from outside. Don't book tlfrom this hotel it is fraud. We had to book another hotel at last moment in double price. That property doesn't even exist by that name. It's a fake property giving rooms to unauthorised people and unauthorised building. Very bad services. They are making people fool. Big fraud and scam

Worst hotel I have seen till now... My experience goes like this I booked this through make my trip as I was not able to track the location of this hotel using google maps and when I found it the make gate was locked.... On calling the Owner more than 20 times he didn't picked up the call.... Then I called makemytrip customer care regarding this but of no use then they just compensate me with ₹200 more than my booking nd told me to find another hotel within same range... I was hoping they have a large netwrk nd they can allocate me anywhere on the spot but they denied saying that sorry sir we don't have any room available right now for me.... Worst experience of my life..... Now Can't even trust well known famous apps like makemytrip.
