The staff is rude. The orginal rooms are so dirty that you will not stay after visiting the place. Don't even book it for free. Towels were not given even after asking. Leftover old plastic bottles are used to serve water on asking for water. Bedsheets, pillow cover, blankets are dirty as hell. Washrooms are not clean and smells badly. Hot water was not coming till we complain and they switch off the gyser while having shower. There are better places to stay near by or in the next lane. Even Ashrams & dharamshalas would be better & clean than this hotel.

Horrible place to stay 1. You will find many cockroaches in your room, there were 10 in room. 2. Staff will not kill cockroaches, they use room freshers to move them away. As per them they avoid killing cockroaches as more hidden inside will come out. 3. Bedsheets were torn, dirty and we're covered with blanket so they are not visible while checkin. Even they don't have extra sheets. 4. Blanket are very smelly and dirty. Staff informed they are eager once a year 5. Very rude and abusive staff. If you will complain via mobile, they will block your number. 6. No landline, towel, drinking water provided in water. 7. Due to low cost of hotel people get attracted. There location is also not on main road, no lift in hotel. 8. Ower will say to request the staff if they can shift your luggage to your room.

If you can imagine the worst hotel to stay with family, this is worse than that. No cleanliness, no hygiene, room is so dirty, with you and your family, cockroaches are also ur companions on bed on walls on table on chair everywhere, intercom ph is dummy ph, you need to visit everytime the ground floor if your not at ground floor. The bathroom is too dirty, geyser and ac they control from outside, if you need these tell them again and again, it should be kept open when guests are there. Dirty and spotted bedsheet, smelly blankets, smelly rooms, dirty walls. TV is dummy. I booked hotel online from agoda, no toiletries, towels and water bottle provided. Charged for a bottled water. Parking is not there, the hotel is in a narrow passage, and the park at your own risk. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Any positive reviews here are fake. Pictures of hotel also of of inauguration. Staff is useless. What is the carry with you once you left the hotel is cockroaches. There must be cockroaches in your luggage. Please check carefully. This hotel killed my vacation Vibes.
