very bad rooms you will find someone's hair on the blanket,that wil certainly ruin your day A/C's do not work in the rooms the lift is also bad!Extremely poor experience

Bad experience!! 1. STAFF: untrained and unprofessional. Firstly, I was called to the reception twice for the adhar card thing, because the desk person forgot to take a copy of Aadhar during check in. Secondly, when the staff person came to keep food in the room, they were singing and giggling all the time while I and my friend(female) were there. They were so unprofessional! 2) ROOM: was not upto the mark, No toiletries were Available in the room, phone was not in a working condition (they gave a personal number to call and order). 3. FOOD: horrible!!! For dinner, they said we are serving cholas as it’s late and kitchen is closed we were like okay! And guess what, we got plain yellow daal with an insect inside it !! When called on to take it back, the room staff says, it’s just a small insect mam! Second experience: Inspite of clear instructions and repeated requests to get the breakfast early, it was 45 min late and as a result, we ate it at the reception table during check out. It was a pan toasted burnt bread with hot coffee that was turned ice cold when presented. (For this breakfast they charged us 200/- extra which obviously I did not pay). Overall, it wasn’t a good experience. They have made the exterior look so good, they think people would be fooled by it. I would suggest them to rather focus on providing good amenities, training of the staff, and food hygiene!
