Rooms are small, need modernization. Need to improve upon renovation of bathrooms as well..average type of experience, just ok type in given price! However buffet breakfast in restaurant was good (included in package) & on top floor they have great restaurant / party atmosphere../ live music..that was the plus point..

The hotel employees are ill mannered and liers. I called to book the room and they hung up in the middle of the discussion. They never called back. I had to call 5 times even then they never confirmed my booking. They just said we don't have time and you can come if you want. We can see the availability once you reach. I am traveling from 600 kms and have no bookings because of these liers.

The hotel looks perfect from the outside. The rooms and everything feels comfortable and something you want to spend your money on. But that's it! Me and my sister checked on 20 Oct. We got complimentary water bottle as they say. We asked the wifi password. They gave us password, it got connected but it showed no internet access. We tried the TV but it was also not working. We both were too tired on that day to ask them to do something about it. Next day, we complained but nothing! In night, I asked again and this time he asked for my phone, connected the internet and it was working, I checked. As soon as I reach my room, it again showed no internet. So NO Wi-Fi. No water. No hot water. No ironing service. For hot water, you have to ask them then they will give a bucket filled of hot water. We asked them to refill our water bottles, they gave us new water bottle and said no charges and they charged us. Overall hotel room was okaish but I found the service poor and carelessness was there from the staff.

rooms are dirty, not cleaned before check in, took more than 2 hours just to clear things in rooms, forget about cleaning. Receptionist (name not remembered) is so ruthless, I never came across such ruthless and disrespectful person. Hotel is not recommended at all. Be assured, after my review with 1 rating (cannot give zero rating and hence giving 1 rating), there will be another rating with 4/5 who seems to be hotel staff or their friends.
