I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for the hospitality the hotel management have provided towards my family during our stay at your esteemed hotel (5-oct and 6-oct 2023). Because of the peaceful and hassle free stay we could complete our ritual (pitru paksh) so nicely. The food served at Kapila Restaurant was very tasty and awesome. All the stuff members are very polite, courteous and ever helping, awesome🙏🙏🙏

There is no house keeping service.. I stayed there 2 days.. And no one came for house keeping.. Even i asked them several time for that. But they said they are coming and yet no one came. Also they provide just cot for 3rd person without pillow and blanket. And charged whole for the third person. Even i asked two three toke for blanket and pillow.. But no one gave.

We were here in the hotel for our family marriage function and the overall experience was very poor. Most of the hotel rooms were untidy.. all bathrooms have water drainage issue and hence the bathroom was in bad shape. Intercom was not working. Toilet kits were not given hence not recommend this for future.
