I liked here the hospitality and staff behaviour, all staff behaviour was good and they were curious to serve customers. Rooms were good, food quality was also acceptable. Overall good experience in the small town.

In the heart of chhindwara, a good location as most things are within 2-3KM distance. Nice and clean room with very friendly staff. There are no big major hotel chains like Marriott,Taj, ITC, IHG etc but still decent hotel with om prices. There is a veg restaurant at ground floor with decent taste. Ps. Don't expect lavish breakfast as in large 4 or 5 star hotels

Worst hotel, not good breakfast, Wifi very slow and need to connect again and again through staff. Charged for one extra night just for checking out at 11 AM when I checked in at 7 AM. Firstly, one 5th pass man told you will be charged for half day because check-in was at 7AM in impolite way when I ignored and then another staff charged for full. At least they had to inform me that you will be charged for half or full. Even there was no water in toilet in last day of my travel. I had stayed in 5 star hotels like Taj and Sahara, they check-in at 6 AM subject to rooms available, then they don't ask for extra night if you check out by 12PM. Simple policy is there, if you alot room, it's for nights, not for few hours extra if rooms are available. Since they are not so professional they don't know such things. Actually my colleague recommended who stayed there otherwise I would never stay there. Now I will not recommend our office staff to stay there. Food quality total garbage. There are many negative points that I don't want to discuss.

The hotel got renovated recently so ambience is modern and neat. The restaurant staff was courteous and prompt. However you primarily go to restaurant for food, and food taste was average. The billing process could have been faster. Update 08Sep2022 The food quality is greatly improved. The starters are really tasty. There are wide variety of starters available.
