Location is good, rooms are clean and service is better. But the cost is high regards to Salem city. Organisation have their own rule in accomodating extra person. As per them, a room can be accommodated with 2 and 3rd person is considered as excess and we need to pay 750 per head. This is something not good.

Had a horrible experience, I booked room over phone on 26th oct at 6.00pm after conforming the availability. I was informed there's 3 category of rooms available out of which i booked 1 room for which the charges were Rs 2500 and informed them that will be reaching after 2.00 am since i was about to start from Chennai. The staff who received my call confirmed YES. He booked the room asking my details and said it's confirmed. I reached by 3.15 to 3.30 am on 27th ( deep sleeping time ) with my family, woke up the reception guy who was in very deep sleep. After he woke up, he was not stable physically and slurred unstable talk. When i told him about my booking, he went near the desk, stood outside the desk, without even looking at the system or note etc ... He denied saying ..... There's no booking.... He was repeating this statement by standing unstable holding on to the table. So had to search for another place, in the early morning hours... So careful when you book
