My family and I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. The food here is good. Unfortunately that is the only thing that was good in the hotel. We were disrespected by the front desk staff not once but multiple times. When we say any of our concerns or issues, It's not taken seriously .They tell us to send the feedback in a whatsapp number and then nothing happens. The front desk even told us to vacate the day before our actually check out time and when we were saying that we had booked and payed the complete amount before , he was talking to someone else on the phone and ignoring whatever we told. Only when we shout they would even listen to us. After 3 hrs they came and told that they thought we were some other room , how can the front desk be so irresponsible. As a matter of fact we were treated badly by most of the staff. The stay spoilt our vacation in many ways. I highly recommend you to find another hotel.

I went to a restaurant . And it's a pretty ok place. Yes, it is a little costly but the comfort is always there at Sitara whether it is in Ameerpet . But here the rush is not high as compared to Ameerpet.
