1.Rooms are nice and comfortable but lighting conditions are not that good 2.Sometimes there is no hot water. 3.The room service is also very nice the people are very polite and cooperative The overall experience was very nice I stayed there for 8 days . Overall it is value for money hotel

I stayed here for 4 days in Aug 2023. Hotel charged 1800 for 3 Adults. Rooms are large sized with sofa, chairs and table, safe deposit locker, large cupboard. Bed is also king size. Room and bathroom were neat and clean. Hot water is available round the clock. The only concern is the AC which is controlled by the reception counter. During the late night hours, the reception person will switch off the AC compressor hence AC will run on fan mode without any cooling. This point was mentioned to the reception person. Overall a decent place except for the above mentioned point for AC.

Iam booked in online check in time 10am. but iam reached to hotel for check in 7:30am. staff asking extra money for early check in 500/-, if amount not give they staff not allowed early check in, Worst service lift not working at morning time, A/C not working, room not cleaned, cockroach there, wash bin not clean hair there. Approach to reception they people not responding. Not worth for official business people for this hotel stay.
