Third class hotel .. expensive and awfully poor service...basic things are not working in a executive deluxe room....intercom not working,t v not working,hand shower leaking,no tea kit in the room... absolutely hopeless service Sonotel,17 degrees are much better hotels in Dhanbad.... boycott Skylark...most useless hotel

It is one of the best hotels i have been in. Everything is very nicely maintained. The staff is polite and helpful, the hygiene is proper and perfect. There was not one issue that I faced while staying there and my journey was smooth because of the hotel. I highly recommend people this hotel.

The staff is very accommodating and very accepting. I went there on a business trip. The room was clean with many amenities like towels, bathing products ,hair dryer tea, sugar and boilers. The room was spacious. The complimentary breakfast was great although room orders were a little expensive in reference to the quantity. Shoe shining machines are there as well. Great parking space and clean corridors. Geyser and AC are functional as well. Overall a great experience.
