I'm a 70yr old Buddhist nun traveling solo. I stayed at SLE for 2 weeks in November 2023. This is a budget friendly hotel. Breakfast was included, room service meals were good, hot and timely. The staff was excellent. Typical street noise during high traffic times, otherwise a quiet hotel. I felt totally safe and enjoyed my SLE stay. Across the ally is Momo Cafe and next to the hotel is a sweet shop. I recommend both. Front desk and support staff are very gracious and willing to arrange transportation to various tourist locations, even walked me to a local park. I will definitely stay at SLE when I return to India again. Looking for a budget hotel ... you will be pleasantly surprised with SLE.
