I am pleased to write a review of Hotel Smriti Grand. My experience at this hotel was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it to others. Firstly, the location of the hotel is great. It is situated in a convenient area that is close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel is also easily accessible from the main road, which made it very easy to get around. The staff at Hotel Smriti Grand were extremely welcoming and friendly. They were always available to assist with any needs and were very knowledgeable about the local area. I found their service to be exceptional and they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The room that I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. I appreciated the attention to detail that the hotel had put into ensuring that the room was well-maintained and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel has a great restaurant with delicious food. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Smriti Grand and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area. The hotel's location, friendly staff, and great amenities make it a perfect choice for any traveler.

At prime location at Rohit nagar. Not well maintained. There is a lot to improve on the rest rooms/ toilet

*Reception* I had lot of difficulties while I was checking in. They ask me to pay 25% more charge when I was checking, even I had a online booking confirmed. They didn't let me check in on my booked price. *Service* I also asked them to provide me cutlery and crockery for food they didn't provide in proper way and the one which they gave is not even clean. *Room Condition* TV in my room was up side down. Water glasses was full of dirt and they have a web net. There was no dustbin in my room. Missing chairs and there was no cell in TV remote. *Bathroom* The water coming out from the sink is in white colour dirty water and is keep coming in the same dirt form till afternoon. Bathroom taps were almost broken and not able to close that taps easily.
