Don't stay at this hotel even if they offerings discount. Room conditions is realy horrible. Being a subzero temperature the hotel runs room heater only for few hours. The staff not beck and call at all. Food is average. Actually the hotel is basically run by unprofessional management.

We recently stayed in Snowland Hotels & Resorts, Sonmarg. Although we wish we had stayed longer as it's a beautiful property in a scenic location with a stunning view of mountains on one side and river on the other. Special mention to Sahil, the Manager who was kind enough to personally show us couple of options for the rooms available. We stayed in 'Premium Delight' with private jacuzzi. Our room was spacious with an elegant decor and a balcony with an amazing river view. Special mention to all the hotel managers and staff who were extremely courteous and welcoming. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit in near future. Their food spread from breakfast to dinner is quite good as well. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Kashmir and entire management team of Snowland for a wonderful experience.

Everything here was amazing, food is lovely, staff was very cooperative, our stay at this hotel and its location was the cherry on the top of our tour❤️A humble and swift Manager on front office mr Gulzar treated us well we a appreciate

Awesome hotel but very expensive. If you can afford then must stay. What a place to spent a day or two in Sonmarg. Ample space with parking facility. All facilities available and the special attraction is their meals be it breakfast or dinner. Unlimited items!! River is flowing just beside where you can sit by and enjoy the scenic view from inside. We paid 10k for one night including BF and Dinner. One problem we faced: Our room heater was not working and when asked they said it automatically gets off after 12am!! Then what's the use? The heater comes into play late at night only.

If you ever go to Sonmarg, you have to check this place out. The resort is amazing, very well furnished. They gave us 2 rooms facing the snow clad mountains and 2 rooms facing the stream. Both views were absolutely amazing. The ones facing the mountain did not have balconies, but the ones on the stream side had a balcony. They were prompt in the service and extremely helpful when we got into an argument with the so called union for horses. The restaurant served very good food and the selection and variety was excellent.
