We booked a premium room and they were giving us another room. They are not coming forward on their own and saying that they will shift you to a premium room. It did not seem from their intention that they will shift you to a premium room on their own, so We had to ask them to shift to a premium room. We stayed in the deluxe room for 1 day. So the point is that honesty is not complete, it irritates as a customer that after paying for a premium room, you are allotted another room. We had booked a room with breakfast but they did not even charge you for breakfast. You have to remind them to bring breakfast, otherwise they will not ask themselves for breakfast, “Ma'am, breakfast is ready, if you ask, let us bring breakfast for you”. The premium room is very good but the washroom is very normal. You will not have a very good experience in the washroom. There is a small geyser for hot water which you will not be able to use with the shower. You will have to use a bucket, so you can only give 2 stars to the washroom. This is because washrooms will not give you a good experience compared to rooms. The staff was fine, their behavior was also fine. Location - 4⭐️ Premium room - 4⭐️ ( Mattress’s - not cozy) Food - 4⭐️ Hygien - 3⭐️( blanket was not so clean) Washroom - 2⭐️ Staff - 5⭐️( good behaviour)

It was great to stay here , everything is fine , washroom is clean ,room is clean and balcony view is mesmerizing the only thing I don't like they don't allow to order from outside restaurants and food is Little bit to the expensive side... otherwise it was a great experience to stay in this hotel good job sohrai inn team✨

Location of the property is good, there are shops, hospitals located nearby. The view from the window was great. We watched the sunrise from our room. The room space is less. The TV doesn't work, you can only use youTube there, and the wifi is weak. The restaurant in that building provides proper quality food. We stayed here for 2 nights. Our stay was overall pretty great.

Fake pictures provided by Hotel 1. This so-called Hotel is a setup on the 5th & 6th floor of a building. Few floors are rented to other hotels and a restaurant. This is not a hotel, it's a home stay type. There is no facility of Hotel. 2. Parking gets full with cars coming to the restaurant on the ground Floor (Hot Lips Restaurant). This hotel does not have any specific parking. We had to park on the road. 3. Hotel does not have a front entrance. You have to enter from the backside. It's very smelly and dirty. 4. The so-called suite room is a single room. Very unclean and dirty. Considering the price it's pathetic. Hotel is deceiving customers. 5. In the attached pictures you can see the basic amenities like glasses, cups, and water heater are very dirty and not cleaned. It was not changed even after complaining. 6. The staff are not aware of anything. They seem to be a labor type not meant for providing service in hotels. 7. In my 2 days stay, the room was not cleaned, bed sheets were not changed, towels were dirty. 8. In free breakfast, only 1 tem is provided. No choice for customers. Even tea was charged extra. Attached invoice. 9. No card payment accepted. Extra charges will be levied on card transactions and no GST bill. It's mentioned in an ordinary bill book. Pls see attached photographs. There are many more issues and the list is endless.
