We stayed here for 2 nights alongwith our 1.5yrs old kid. The property is a kid friendly one working with a really good set of helpful staffs. However, we booked a premium room and the room we were allotted in the first day was highly overpriced for the quality of room and the washroom it provides. Although, on request, they shifted us to a better room the next day. Pros: 1. Good location. 2. Parking. 3. Helpful staffs. 4. Both food quantity and quality are good in terms of the price. Cons: 1. Very slow service in terms of food, especially for the breakfast and lunch. Even for serving tea they will take 30 minutes at least. 2. Floor mats and room ventilation quality should be improved. Honestly, we would think twice while booking the same place again.

One of the worst experience.The Rooms size were too small with no ventilation.We struggled a lot to get a better room but that room was too small,the toilet flush was not working, spray Jet was broken, bedsheet and blanket were dirty,toilet was too dirty,the amount 1500 (per day) was not deserving which they took from us. Never want to go there again.

This is hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality...AC is broken and beds have bugs in it...gloomy ambience...it is a mess in the middle of a messy location...only reason to book is its proximity to NDLS station...otherwise guys don't book this hotel at all...even the wifi is worst..
