Rooms: First of all it offers a great view from the road side rooms, and the room heaters and bed heaters are good. The rooms to the other side, no much great view.. Location: It's located 14 km far from market, and the in house food cost is high avg 500 for an item. That's a minus for the budget travellers. Service: I faced some issue with room service during my stay like, I asked for bathroom door mats for multiple times but they haven't provided any. Staff is good and welcoming. Food: We booked rooms with Breakfast included. Breakfast was decent and good to fill your belly till late lunch. In house buffet per person comes around 600-800 PS: request for road side rooms to enjoy the spectacular mountain views...

It was the only good hotel experience we had in our whole one week’s tour of Kashmir arranged by Dream valley travel agency. The service provided by the staff was excellent, all the necessary amenities were provided, and most importantly, everything was in working condition unlike the other hotels that we had to stay during the course of the trip, the rooms were spacious with a glass front view and the food was very good. The service provided by the hotel staff needs to be specially mentioned, as it was very impressive. Points to improve: The rest rooms near the dining hall can be maintained better.

This hotel is amazing And there are literally no words to describe the view from your rooms. The staff is very friendly, and super humble. The food, the reception area, and the overall good hospitality and I plan on visiting again soon.

It's a few kilometers from Pahalgam. The rooms are alright but there are frequent power cuts. The facility has power backup but doesn't support the heating system. When asked for arranging a bonfire the manager told It's chargeable at 2k for just an hour and you cannot extend the time as they have a shortage of wood which for some reason has to be transported from Srinagar. We also accidentally left a piece of luggage in the hotel room and informed the staff about it but to our surprise Mr. Syed Rehan told that there is nothing left. When we requested for CCTV footage the luggage just magically appeared again. Overall it was a bad experience and would not recommend Hotel Sparrow to anyone.
