Hotel Spencer is a beautiful living like a home only. Rooms was best and neat clean and beautiful atmosphere washroom it's a nice . Nice Room service and all are best service given our family This hotel is family and friends office Toure and best living hotel

Although the food was excellent, there was no hot water available for showers during this winter. The washroom is really small and lacks sufficient space. The mirror was heavily scratched, and the lighting were quite dark and dim. I wasn't able to get ready for party. Please renovate your rooms.

The actual hotel is nothing like what is shown in the pictures. It is not at all maintained. Washrooms are dirty, rooms are not clean, stench in the room. I even saw a rat in their kitchen. This is a filthy hotel, avoid at all costs.
