Booked suite rooms & they were ok. Hotel staff is very unprofessional and untrained. They were very rude. For dinner made us wait more than 20 mins & then told us to change order. Housekeeping staff is untrained. Just a bunch of boys who don't know anything. We asked to clean the toilet at check-in & when he left the room it was dirty. So we asked them to mop the room floor & they didn't do that for 2 hours. At checkout, they charged for a cup which was broken from before. Bad experience, not recommended at all!

Cheaters and Fraud. After calling the hotel, they had asked me to do the booking online. I booked the hotel online through goibibo 4 days prior to my checkin. The booking was confirmed and I had even called the hotel to confirm the same. On the day of checkin, I got no intimation of any cancellation and all of a sudden at the time of checkin the hotel refused to give me the rooms saying they had no rooms. It was during peak season and all the other hotels were booked on the day. The hotel had given the rooms to other people at a higher price than the price they were booked online. They are cheaters. Don't choose this property.
