Hotel is not properly maintained. Hotel reception said that hot water will be available between 6am to 9am. But hot water was not available till 7:30 am. We were in a hurry to the temple. Also it is very expensive for the cleanliness and the facilities he is offering. Not worth the money at all.

We had booked this hotel for 2 days 24 and 25 Dec. During checkin, they said only 1 room is available. With 2 senior citizens, a child, me and my wife in the cold weather, had to argue with him and complained to mmt(rooms were booked from mmt). Then they said two rooms are available. When we entered the room we saw cockroaches. No screen for room window and lot of mosquitoes were there.. When argued with receptionist again, he agreed that he gave a downgraded room, other than what we had booked. Second time when complained to mmt, they were not even able to get the hotel authority in contact. Had a pathetic experience with both, hotel authority and mmt was unable to resolve this when needed the most. Strongly recommend not to opt for this hotel.
