My husband had booked this hotel for our special day. After entering the hotel, we ordered two cups of tea. The hotel staff answered after an hour when we called if we ran out of milk. A good start to our special day. happened.worst experience

I have used this hotel since 2019 whenever i am in india but since my last visit in 2022 the standards have dropped drastically. No hair dryer, bed linen absolutely filthy covered in love juice stains, toilet was stained and still stained after cleaning, hordible smell in rooms which stays with you. It is more famous as a sexcation hotel than anything else now so unfortunately i will never stay again unless they up their game. Also breakfast used to be buffet style but now you can only have one dish per person if you have breakfast included in the price. The only good comment i can really leave is the staff during the day are still great but night staff do not give a toss, and the beer garden is nice other than that avoid this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY i will be trying the new Regenta Place up the road in a few days and that could become my new go to hotel.

If I be honest go to haveli or east wood village instead of this trash we have listened that it is very good place but in restaurant service sucks they said service is slow because of crowd but not that much crowd we have waited soo much for our order and the main thing there is no lighting inside it is dark and that casual music not everyone like that type of guitar music and we have to pay 49rs extra for a another water bottle that we not have even taken else Idc about that bottle but service is worst it is not worth to come here we go haveli 2-3 times in a month and their service and ambience is soo great even east wood is way better from it I can give 4 star for looks but I am giving 3 star overall
