Location wise it's in good place. Near to CST station. but when I will talk about rooms size, cleanliness and Hygiene. It's so poor. Apart from that they are charging very high also. If I will talk about providing service. They are not doing room cleaning everyday or not providing minimal required service at all.

Three sharing rooms were available at 2.5k which means a lot of cash. I cannot see the price justified by seeing the facilities nearby. Maybe the proximity to the railway station and gateway of India could be the possible reason. Neverthless the stay experience was good. Rooms wer clean and well maintained.
