Location is prime , near mall road. Their service is very good and rates are also reasonable and the rooms are also nice and clean.

The hotel is very far from mall road. No hill view from Hotel. Moreover, it has Pathetic staff, They were rude and shouting on phone when called for any service. Poor rooms quality and suffocating. No basic amenities in washroom. I would recommend you not to stay here if you are with your family or females. Take this in consideration if you are planning to stay here.

The hotel is not good. The rooms there were so unhygienic the bedsheets were filled with dust when we asked them to change they refused to change. The staff there was so rude they asked me to give them the car keys for some parking and when i gave them, after sometime i asked to give the keys back the person on the reception was like ` nahi dunga’ the keys will stay with me and then i replied give that in writing and then he threaten me to take my car and go somewhere else. Overall for anyone visiting shimla don’t visit this hotel me and my friends got a terrible experience from them.
