The receptionist of thus hotel is very rude an misbehaved person, I asked him wether I can use your restroom as it was an emergency, he showed me door, it is stated in law no hotel can deny these facilities. I think opening a big hotel in prime location us not enough your staff must be friendly, If he did this with me he is used to this behaviour in past as well, very bad reception service

Foul smell in hotel rooms due to the ventilation, windows are sealed permanently, no option to open it, restaurant get closed after 10:30.. I'm mostly late from my work so as 70% others as well... It's too early to close your inhouse food service so early .. are namkeen thanda icecream biscuit toh rakkho dene ko.

Rooms and Location is best for this hotel. Very close to Rani kamlapati railway station (Exit through PF no 1). Its situated just opposite to the DB mall. All services are good except one thing I have faced with their wifi connection. After several request also they could not able to provide the internet throughout my long business stay there. I find it very unprofessional from their side. Also I find the veg food available here is average in taste that should be improved. Hope they will take these feedbacks and improve them in our next stay there.

I had an unpleasant experience. The room was not properly cleaned . I found the handle of the shower already broken and it was continuously spouting hot water at 43 deg C during this summer . Horrible !!! My next move was to call reception for assistance , and I found a dead intercom. Now what to share further. & breakfast, it is just below average, and the options are few. With such a price tag , i will not recommend it at all.
