I had a terrible stay I would remember for lifetime. The room and washroom is not good at all. No new bedsheet, old and smelly blankets, pillow etc. Leakage in commode. Condoms were there in bathroom’s mirror. They hadn’t even cleaned the room and when we asked for it they said they cleaned just now. The worst thing is there’s no safety of your luggage. I forgot my mobile here while checking out the room and the hotel staff kept it themselves and were not willing to give it. I had to travel again to Bilaspur and file a police complaint. Because mobile’s location was showing there only. 2 days after the incident, they returned the phone because of police’s involvement in the matter. I would never recommend anyone to stay here even for few hours. It’s horrible.

Rooms weren't maintained properly, but service is by far the worst . Every day at some point we found that the lift wasn't working their excuse was lift was getting fixed. don't know how a lift gets broken and fixed at the same day everyday. We stayed over one week there, the wifi wasn't working either from the first day while asking them when we can get wifi there answer was form tommoro wifi will be fixed which tomorrow never came.. so waste of money..
