Great location. The rooms on the roof are quite old and might do with a renovation. Otherwise everything was fine. Room and bathroom was very clean, they changed bedsheets and pillow cases everyday. Service was also very good. AC was working all the time, there was hot and cold running water. The cafe in the ground floor serves very good bengali food. Overall a good place to stay.

The interior of the rooms are not as good as per price. No lift. Services are moderate, location is good just beside the Marine drive puri, wifi is not available in all floor. There are more things to improve as per price charges per day.

First of all the location is great. As it is just in front of the sea beach you can get a chance to acquire a beach view room . Not all rooms are alike. They have a variety of rooms in various sizes and also some rooms are renovated and new but some are old. So one should check before booking a room. The food is decent.

Pros- located close to beach (which is common in puri). Cheaper price, cleaning staff is acceptable with the resources they have. Cons- horrible front desk staff, clueless and 3 of them gave us conflicting information. Mr Durga was plain nasty to us. Dirty rooms, disgusting linens, yukky gross bathrooms. Subpower ( read 0), hospitality. Only reason we stayed here is that they are contracted for CCL and the price was cheap. Not worth the discounted orice too

I wanted to book this hotel for a vacation. Called them in the number which was provided in their website. They asked me to pay rs. 5000 to get a booking confirmation. But after payment they didn't send the confirmation or any receipt. Instead they started asking rs 21000 more. When I denied they asked for rs 5000 again. I got irritated and asked to cancel the booking and send me refund. But then they stopped taking call from my end and didn't send any refund. Totally FRAUD. BE AWARE.
