Very Bad support from the Manager. AC rooms were booked for 5 nights, when we reached it was not available and had to take Non AC and changed the stay to 1 night. The room had stuffy pungent smell since no windows and humid environment. No water bottles were provided even after many reminders. They charge 30 rupees for extra pillow. They switch off light in the corridor. The Old Man who was the manager i guess told extra rate for Non AC, when we were still deciding the other person mentioned cheaper standard rate. They try to cheat based on how urgent you need the room. Really bad experience. They are OK with the rating as well i guess.

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel in Udupi! Opted for the AC Suite, and it was worth it. The staff was incredibly courteous, and the room was impeccably neat and clean. The in-house restaurant exceeded expectations, offering delightful dining experiences. Plus, the location was perfect – just a short walk from the Krishna Temple. The only downside is the checkout time for the rooms booked via MMT which is 11AM. If you book the room directly, the same is 24hrs. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable and convenient stay!

Only good thing about the hotel is it's in prime location where we can easily access major parts of city. No room cleaning done during our two days stay over there. Didn't tried food from the hotel just tried tea n coffee and was not upto the mark. Better to try outside for the food options.

This hotel is better than the Rest.. Clean Rooms, polite staffs, city centre, temple is just 2min walk and it looks more luxurious than the pictures at an affordable price...... After checking few hotels We went to this hotel as a last option without booking but it turned out to be the best decision.. *** Best thing is their price remains the same both online and offline, they won't charge u high based on your helplessness in finding a good hotel, which I found in other hotels***
