Good property but pathetic room maintenance. They don’t bother to change / wash bedsheets. At night I demanded fresh bedsheets, they were ironed but unwashed. Towels also seem to be unwashed (pathetic). Bathrooms are not good as well. Avoid if you can.

Located in Main Junction and Parking is spacious, Rooms are maintained well. Food is unimaginably costly and they charged 80 rupees for two pieces of bajji which is half of the size of regular bajji we buy outside. Bar is clumsy and have diffrent variety of drinks. Cost of the rooms is very much affordable.

Location of the property is very good. We stayed in Room no 32 on the 1st floor. Worst service. We booked the room on 22nd December online,but after reaching there, they charged 560 extra. Breakfast is limited. We asked for 1 dosa, and we paid 70. Shame on Tamilnadu Govt and TTDC that having such a property and they are not able to provide basic service but charging roughly 2900 including GST for Deluxe Double room. Don't book it. Very dirty , construction work going on. We stayed on 25 th Jan 2024, and that day, the bar was closed due to staff leave.

Please don't go for it. Worst maintanance, no hygiene. Got serious health issue from the next day itself. We stayed in suit room and Rs. 4,500 was charged. Toilet was not cleaned. It was in worst condition, dustbin was full and not emptied. The bedsheets are not washed. Just the smell of naphthalene balls in the bedsheets. On the whole hygiene and maintanance is very poor.
