4.5 We stayed here for a night. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 families. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The major places are just at walkable distance. The people at the reception are informative and guide you right. Best part is at the terrace of this place we can see the sun rise very clearly. Unfortunately we could not see as it was very cloudy. Breakfast spread is good.

Dear Owner of Temple Citi, I booked 3 Rooms online at Temple Citi for my Nepalese Clients (3 elderly couples) completely relying on TripAdvisor Their stay was for 1 Night (18-19 January). Upon checking in around 8 pm I get a picture of Commode Jet spray lying thrown on the floor. My guest complained that jet spray doesn't has a holder. Another guest was surprised not to find amenities in the washroom. I got very uncomfortable and called the reception. A rude lady picks the phone and identifies herself as General Manager. On my complaint regarding the Jet spray, she says it can't be repaired then and that she will see next day morning. Furthermore why did the guest accept the room if there was a fault. It was too late to change the room. She argued that I was wasting her time...Regarding amenities her rude comment was "we will give if we have it"...what's the big issue about it. In front of my guests I felt utterly miserable. I even thought of filing a complaint with the city administration but then only my hapless guests would have suffered. I beg of management to provide me the name of the lady who has no business to be in this Trade. She is a nightmare for any good hotel looking for applause from the guests... It's absolutely unacceptable that guests are treated so poorly. Shameful.

First time to Kanyakumari. we had a lovely stay at Temple Citi. Really good and very neat rooms. Staff were amazing with the room service. The staff also arranged the boat trips (as we running short of time) and the cab service with reasonable fares we also had complimentary breakfast. Walkable distance to all the major tourist places. A big thank you to Parvathi with her correspondence with the booking which made the check in very easy. Special thank you to Manikandan and team for arranging the cab and catering to all the requests Would definitely recommend this place.

Booked for 2 nights for family stay. The rooms are clean and hygienic. Parking available near hotel. Location is close and walkable to Bagavathi amman temple and beach. We have booked for morning buffet option 150/- per person. The food options provided was average. We stayed 4 years back in same hotel during that time buffet was very good. Over the time quality was reduced. Hotel management can focus on improving for superior experience.
