I went to your resturant ask order veg biryani. It was served cold. Are we paying to serve cold food ? The behavior of staffs were horrible. They behaved as if they served us the food as free. Request to the management and owner- please respect customer and give them value of money they are paying.Please keep mannered staff so that the name of your restaurant will not not be affected....We were regular customer if we're treated in such way then can imagine for others ....we will stop visiting this kind of places for food

Room are very poorly maintained. Dirty bed. It is not washed for a long time cause itching. Room is full of mosquitoes. Broken water closet and washbasin. Totally not fit to stay.

Reviewing after a month. Last time i commented that for dinner the taste was not good compared to the one opposite to mattuthavani bus stand. But yesterday I visited here, Taste was superb.. thanks for rectifing your mistakes and hearing customers feedback. Please maintain the quality of the taste but Please maintain good taste for Lunch as well.. sambar for lunch is not good compared to dinner..
