The service was very poor. The doors were not opening and me and my friends stayed outside our rooms for one and an half hour.

It is very ridiculous service and experience. I suggest to others to not to go this place because you will waste your money. Don’t go by the looks of the property.Location is really beautiful but the service is very much poor as we came here relaxation but we are going back having headache....food was not up to the marks. Wifi connection was very poor . No network was there . Only few channels were subscribed in television. And electricity issues. You have to ask frequently for generator power. Extremely poor and unprofessional service. They have managed to get the property built but have no clue on how to run it. They will sound supportive when you are trying to book the place but things will change as soon as you confirm.

Extremely poor and unprofessional service. They have managed to get the property built but have no clue on how to run it. They will sound supportive when you are trying to book the place but things will change as soon as you confirm. The owner/MD Hemlata lacks basic sense of talking to people and will shoot down all your plans/requests without any reasoning. Apart from that, here’s what I faced: - Extremely hot water throughout the day - plumbing issues, water leakage - Dirty towels - They charge 500 was every lost key card, which is ridiculous - Refuse to provide extra blankets Multiple arguments over small things. If you are planning to have a good time, definitely do not go for this place.

Definitely don’t go for this place, very very very much poor service, no humanity, food is ridiculous, no place for driver’s accommodation, far from Udaipur city , poor plumbing service, no hot water provided at night for fresh n up, our driver have to sleep at reception for 2 nights they dont have humanity for any person, over all 0.5/5 rating. I would never suggest to go for this resort, totally waste of money.
