One of the worst hotel to stay. No one is cooperative. Rooms are in worst condition. Asked the staff to clean the room and washroom multiple times but it was not done it and it stinks like squirrel the entire time. I have been a part of travel industry for a long time and still recommend to my friends which hotel is good to stay. But i am really amazed to see that this hotel is still listed on good travel portals like @goibibo Guys you need to quit the partnership with hotel asap. Or else in zirakpur region due to this hotel you might loose good travelers.

Very bad service provided by receptionist . I had booked my room on 18 dec 2021 in morning through my trip , when i reached at their they gave it to any other customer at high price , than they told us mo room avilable now . . Then i waited there for 1 hr and after that they shifted us to another hotel backhouse which is also untidy and dirty . Washroom is very dirty , cigarette packets and cool lip found out on room floor easily . I will never forget these type of hotel in my life . Please look it first and then booked the room .

It's is Avery good place to stay. Critically speaking the quality that they deliver for the price they charge is really good. I mean you get a bang for your buck. The staff is very polite and very responsive. The rooms are spacious and luxurious (obviously commensurate to the price). The food is also very good and the ice cream they serve is good must try. Also try the hakka noodles and chicken noodles they are very good. And the rooms lighting and AC is also very good. Plus you get an electric kettle and a refrigerator. So overall a good place to stay for a typical economy class budget.

My experience over there was not very good. At night and next morning there multiple times electric cut, don't know the exact reason but that forced me to stay in dark because of that. I found staff behaviour bit rude. And in morning also there was water shortage or must be something related to water pressure, because there shower and basin tap were not working.
