We were really surprised by the negative reviews as our experience at this hotel was exceptionally good. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. The rooms were well-maintained, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. It seems some reviews may not accurately reflect the true quality of this establishment. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and inviting environment.

The hotel is NO MORE good at any front. Neither the staff nor the facilities.... Very dirty..... Referring positive reviews on various traveling websites, we selected this hotel. However, now no more positivity remains there.... Only two minor boys along with one graduation pursuing part time so called manager handle the hotel. Not professional..... Not recommended for families. Hotel mentioned on various websites that they are providing free wi-fi, parking facility, security. However, nothing is available... No one is ready to take responsibility....! Inadequate for hotel business .... WORST HOTEL EVER EXPERIENCED...

❌❌❌ WORST hotel you can find in the whole udaypur city I faced such a bad experience in this hotel I booked the room for my family online one month advance and when I arrive no one was there at the hotel Then finally trying for 30 minutes someone came at reception and we talked to them about the check out date and everything but before two days of checkout they called at 10 pm at night and told us to checkout at that time and started lying about our checkout date and started forcing us to leave the hotel room because the allot our room to someone else before our checkout date and when we refused to checkout so they started mis behaving and shouting at us. No safety ❌ No services❌ Zero facilities❌ Zero reliability ❌
