The hotel is situated in Madurai main area and is accessible easily. There are several food outlets and tourist places in main area so the hotel location is an advantage. Rooms are okish and service was good

I had booked the hotel conference hall for my son's wedding. Service was great.But ,the sore point they didn't give any complimentary roomfor us.we were allowed to use it for only two hours. That was ridiculous 😒. Rest room faucet faulty.

An average hotel which gives value for money. Rooms are big but lots of seepages on the wall and ceiling. Bathroom was kept clean and continuous hot water facility was available at all taps. Quality of Linen and bedsheets provided needs to be improved. The Hotel is located at a main happening place. Though, the hotel offers, room service for food, there are many options around the hotel with Anjappar, Thalapakatti, KFC at walkable distance. Vegetarian restaurants are also plenty. The hotel can be booked mainly for its location.

The hotel is good but they should do the maintenance correctly because most of the electricals and furniture in the room was old. We got a clean room. We slept good. The washroom was also good but lacked maintenance. We got hot water 24*7. Also in another room were my brother stayed there was leakage under the wash basin. Also we have to walk to the next building for food. The hotel was built good but it lacks maintenance.
