I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensured that my needs were met throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering all the amenities one could ask for. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the stunning view from the window, which added to the overall experience. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I appreciated the convenience of exploring the city without any hassle.

The rooms are nothing like shown. Rooms ends where it starts very small! No space. Extremely small and dirty. They charge you a lot for food and don’t give bills. In fact we just asked for a toothpaste and they took money from us for bringing that as well!! A 10Rs toothpaste. Staffs also not good. They will immediately ask you money for every small things. Towels and toiletries not there. Washrooms dirty. They don’t even give plates or spoons for the food they bring from other restaurants. So you have to eat it from the cutlery the restaurant gives (I had eaten from foil wrap) please don’t get fooled by pictures and lured by the low price.

One of the worst hotel every experienced in my life…. The hotel consider as 3 star hotel but I will rate this as ZERO STAR hotel. While talking about hygiene I will rate ZERO worst, corridor unhygienic floor bad smell across the hotel. Lift doesn't work and the main THE HOTEL STAFF are useless. I will recommend everyone not to book this hotel very bad. The price are high but NOT WORTHY at all.
