Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I stayed here with lots of luggage and this was one of the nicest places I stayed for four weeks in Pune. Despite of being an individual hotel with no established brand behind their name, they definitely know real ‘hospitality’. Prices are unbelievably good for the ambience, space, food and Services they offer. Thank you so much for making it such a comfortable and wonderful stay.

It's a big hotel, with clean rooms, and the food is also good. The only part which I didn't like was the staff in the restaurant, they are new and hardly know how to serve the customers, they won't come to you again to ask if you need something, it's the duty of the manager to guide their juniors but I guess they are also not well experienced, its an observation of 3 day stay. The housekeeping staff is well trained and helpful.
