The hotel is in a prime location, well placed for all the important centres of the city. Also, it is very well known, so getting to it on taxi or auto is easy. The staff are super friendly and efficient. I would particularly like to highlight the Front Desk staff Antimola, Shikyi, Tia as well as Venga and Lungzhou, who are the cafe staff at Jonathan's Corner, the in-house cafe. Really good coffee, too! Although well-maintained, the hotel is quite an old property. There are two problems connected to the age of the property. One, the most significant - while there are new ac units in every room, the old ac vents of the centralised ac system are still in place and these connect all the rooms to a common channel above the central corridor. This means that you can clearly hear what the people in the next room across the corridor are saying and vice versa. Second, the tiling on the floor of the rooms is of a particular ridged design. Due to this, the regular cleaning and mopping is unable to take up all the fine dust that settles in these ridges. So when you come out of the bathroom with wet slippers/ wet feet, you will end up with dirty footmarks on the floor/ dirty feet.

The service of the hotel is very poor ,I have asked to pay the amount of 500 to clean the room even before I have checked in... otherwise I have to wait for 2 hours and the room was also not Clean and the beds are making sounds like (chiuuu chiuu) irritating sound. I have to check out on 2nd January but with many problems I have asked him to checkout on 1st January before 12 am but they told me to pay the amount for 2nd January also before check out and they are like it's our policy we can do this ! Shame on you Hotel Tragopan team and owners 🤬

One of the best hotel in Dimapur, Excellent services Yummy good,Staff are soo helpful, Complementary breakfast Wow ,If you have your own Vehicle they have big parking facility tooo...this is my 6th times ....I really Enjoyed my stay there's....You must try Coffee they have Nice Cafe we're you can get Coffee,Cakes etc etc ..Once again I would like to Thanks Entire teams of Hotel TRAGOPAN...
