A pleasant experience, we booked the Bangalow option, the rooms were neat, and well equipped and although the cottage option provide a more premium experience, the Bangalow is excellent for friend groups or large families, it also has a separate car porch The amenities were pretty good regarding the price, the swimming pool was neat and of adequate size, the indoor game section and gymnasium was also pretty good The service was also excellent, the staff were courteous The complimentary breakfast buffet was diverse and the culinary options were a treat to behold Overall an easy recommendation if you get a good deal

We have stayed in this property on 10.11.2023 to 12.11.2023. I would not recommend to stay in this place. 4- star rating resort having nothing characteristics of a well organised hotel. Service is too poor. Room with bedsheet are not that clean when we check-in our room. If power supply is off, then you have to inform the reception regarding the issue then they are going to on the generator. During dining the service boy also don't greet you, they straight away have one qus "room number" In complimentary breakfast they have quite less number option to eat and you can't order them to make any item you want like omlete, dosa, coffee. Really not recommendable to stay if you are paying the higher amount to stay. No other facilities are available in the resort. Better check any other resort.

Fabulous property.....both in terms of the rooms as well as location. Food was also good. The only issue was the hot water.....and ofcourse we understand, nothing can be done about the monkey menace... service could certainly be improved, though.

Nice, romantic cottage style room with a porch outside- though the hot water tended to turn cold after a short usage at night. AC in room was stable and excellent. Rooms tad dated, but well maintained and CLEAN. Staff was attentive and good at restaurant was excellent. The gardener in particular, was excited to show his animals and the swimming pool. They can pack early morning breakfast. Basic toiletries provided, anything missing, call and they’ll show up quickly with it. Note the monkeys and mozzies outside the room. Loads of food and shopping options within walking distance.
