The best thing about the hotel is its location. Located very near to the beach, it is an ideal spot for tourists. The condition of the furniture and electrical appliances like fan and AC need to be improved. They could not provide basic amenities like towel and one extra pillow in our two day visit. The lift is quite problematic and needs to be checked upon by the authorities. We had tea in the morning, which was served in a flask but was lukewarm, sadly. We had lunch, mix of fish thali and chicken thali, which was ok, taste was like home. Dinner - we had it outside. The next day we had our breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. This hotel is good for short stays, because of the location, the big advantage of this hotel. Remember to carry your own things like soap, shampoo, towels, etc. The staff just say that they will be providing in sometime, but you won't get these throughout your entire stay. Rooms are clean, stairways are dusty, so are the railings. Average stay, but ok for short trips.

We had a horrible stay at Hotel Tulip.We planned for a 4 days stay but had to wrap up from here within a day. Mr. Sudipto Ghosh, who claimed himself to be the owner of the mentioned property, promised a deluxe room with front view and shared pictures of the room to be offered. As we reached with high expectations, we were aghast with the room they allotted. The attached pictures are proofs of the reality and professionalism of this self proclaimed owner. Apart from the condition of the room, here are other facts which will force you to think thousand times before booking. 1) whatever you ask from them, they take hours to provide, until & unless you make atleast 4 calls to them. 2) The food they provide, it's always cold. 3) Television set not working. 4) Minimum toiletries like soap not provided 5) waste bin untidy and smelly 6) Naked wires are thrown here and there, violating SAFETY RULES. 7) They provide untidy towel and bedsheet. 8) Untidy balcony and room, full with birdshit and dirt. 9) The so called manager at the reception is extremely unprofessional. He never notices and greets the guests. 10) washroom is stained. •Cleanliness 0 • Comfort 0 • facility 0 • location 1 • Staff 0 • value for money 0 • hospitality 0 Note : DO NOT TRUST THEM, whatever they promise or show you virtually.

Poor experience.Actually booking time they have committed some other room. We are 3 person (Male Adult). But they provided small room and which was not well for staying.

Hotel has already earned name and fame but only thing is that frequently changing their leader. Every time you will find new leader depending upon the new management service and other things would be decided. But any how overall their service is nice staffs behaviour is excellent only we have not experienced their food because that was not prepared due to over crowded. Location wise very good nearer to Sea and Shyamoli Bus Stand .But next time will definitely trying for AC room this time we have not found .
