very bad service. i called 4 to 5 time then they give me blanket and i booked by oyo rs. 885 but they didn't accept. and they take 1200 and give me room. i called to oyo and said all this think then oyo ordered to rebook with new booking id to hotel and oyo said give booking id to me. on that time hotel said ok but they didn't give me booking id. i go to the counter 3 to 4 time he said i will send to your email but no send. after check out i called him 10 to 12 time but don't give my booking id and at last they blocked me.
