One of the finest hotel to stay in satna. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staffs are very helpful and are available 24×7. They have a wide variety of foods in breakfast buffet. They have a fine dine restaurant and veg and non veg are available.... And very delicious.... Though, the price is on the higher side (as per Satna).

I'm a MBBS student of Govt Medical College Satna, I ordered Crispy corn from the restaurant of the hotel....and that crispy corn was almost rotten. Is this the way you are serving the healthcare builders of your city? Very bad service......it could even lead to food

One of the worst 3 Star hotel, I had ever stayed. Long list of issues, Dirty Rooms, Broken Air condition systems, No hot water, Elevator Buttons broken, Limited option in breakfast, Bed Sheets and Pillow covers are dirty, yellow with stains, Smoking and Drinking allowed with open doors in hotel room is not exactly you want when visiting with Family. Only good thing Owner was nice and changed room twice but overall my recommendation is to avoid this Hotel.

Slow and poor service, for every complaint they have only solution- change the room, and you wrap up everything move into another room and do it again and again. AC leaking water inside room, washroom doors won't close, amenties are not provided, unless you call and then wait and then reach to the reception personally. Food is pathetic. They don't even know how to make an omelette. For that price, they don't have a fitness center, no bathtub, washrooms are small, lift is broken, no room service at all, unless you walk down to reception for every single thing. Location is not good, you can't even find a medical store easily.
