The advertised photos of the rooms for this hotel are either false or taken from over a decade ago. I booked this hotel thinking that I was getting a great deal—especially because it has received many stellar reviews—but I was enormously mistaken. I’m very skeptical to the raving reviews being offered about this property. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are very unclean. There’s a lot of mildew on the curtains and in corners. The ceiling to the shower is open and looks as if something might fall on you. The food was very unpleasant and the sheets were stained and dirty. I checked in near midnight so there was no other option for me to switch to—otherwise, I would’ve. I also faced an issue of them being deceitful about the Agra tour. They charged me almost double the actual cost, paid the tour company and pocketed the rest. Please note that the Agra tour of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort should be no more than 900 rs. per person (even cheaper online). Also note that it leaves at 6:30a and returns at 3:30a (in the middle of the night). I was not informed of the tour going to many other places and I was stuck having to go. When I confronted the hotel’s owner the next day, he refused to give me back the amount that they unfairly took. He spoke rudely and condescendingly. I ended up having to involve the police and I was finally given back the money that they tried to pocket. It wasn’t about the money but the principle. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the service staff was very polite and accommodating.

I visited this place with my family and it was a worst experience. Nothing was provided in the rooms - no towels, toiletries, no drinking water. Every time we had to call the room service for the hot water in the washroom. The washroom had broken tiles and not sanitised. The bedsheets and pillows were covered with oil stains everywhere and had to insist the hotel people to change them. I would not recommend to go for this hotel.

Worst experience . Nothing was provided in the rooms - no towels, toiletries, no drinking water. Every time we had to call the room service for the hot water in the washroom. The bedsheets and pillows were covered with stains everywhere and had to insist the hotel people to change them. I would not recommend to go for this hotel. Photos in the websites are misleading.

Website photos for Uppal Inernational are completely misleading. This a very dated hotel so it only looks like it needs a good clean but it is regularly cleaned. Located near Metro, eateries & bars even though the area is down-market we felt safe. Our bed was very comfortable with clean sheets. Towels were threadbare. And yes, you have to ask them to turn on the hot water (takes 5mins to heat up). Same with a/c. The room card has to be reactivated on your return. Staff are obliging but it's still inconvenient. Room has no fridge, toiletries are a block of soap and a couple of sachets. Our bathroom has a tub with shower (no curtain) but we opted for a bucket bath as the mixing of water was difficult. TV has local free channels with the rest paid for. Room was adequate as we were out all day and very reasonably priced. It is unlikely that i would use this hotel again but good if your budget is low.

All good reviews about this hotel is not true. I booked via MMT and posted a review with them also but they didn't posted. Worst food, for hot water we have to first call room service, there is hair dryer but doesn't works, ac Cooling is bad, no fans, pantry delivers food to wrong room, poor WiFi. Only staff is good in cleaning room when we are outside. Location is also so-so. Bad experience and will not recommend anyone.
