The worst hotel in delhi . They dnt deserve a 1 star . Not at all co operative . They only smile at the time of arrival and after check-in they change totally different. After payment they will show their real face. Such a rude behavior from all staff . All the staffs are professional trained to cheat customers. They all have taken masters in cheating.

This hotel does not even deserve a 1 star rating. Worst experience with the owners who are painstakingly rude and just want to scam money out of customers. They charge entire money upfront and abuse you if you refuse and question them. Customer service is a term that is non existent in their dictionary. Rooms and washrooms are poorly maintained. In fact the entire building is poorly maintained with cigarette smell all over. Makes me wonder how they are still surviving as a business. Only way I can think of is if they are up to some shady activity which is bringing in some cash inflows

very long distance...extremely poor service and attitude is like they are taking money and they dont provide bed extra also..ans there manager dont even answer after booking room..third class room and third class service. isse acha hotel mile to book kr lo, is hotel me free me bhi mat ruko

Worst hotel service by the people. I stayed there for two days along with my family and took 2 rooms before. We decided to take one extra room at night due to space issues. He charged ₹1200 for 1 extra room which was needed just for 6 hours. That is understandable but the room had a water heater, AC, only a single plug for charging in the room. Initially when asked about working conditions of AC he had informed that it was not working, they will check it. At night when asked about the condition of AC, they told extra charges if you want to use AC and water heater. Inshort, fooled us to take room with ACs and charged cost for AC rooms. When asked about these things, the worst reply he gave. Also, when asking for extra room so rudely he said that, for other rooms get out before 5:30 in the morning. Worst hospitality ever, way of speaking worst. Business is one thing, but the courtesy of treating people comes from different parts of India and behaving so rudely. My suggestion is never take this hotel. Please book other hotels. Thank you and save your unnecessary headache.
