It was the worst experience I ever had in my life... Please don't visit. No hygiene light problems. The people who rated 5 are literally dumb.. I hope u will never book this type of room in your life. Worst place. Ewwwwwwwwww🤮🤢 Ugh never wantto visit this worst hotel in my life.. I hope you will never visit.

Near Lanka and assi ghat. 3Kms from Kashi vishwanath temple. Non AC rooms not maintained well. Just ok to stay 1-2 nights. 1000+ GST for non AC rooms and 1600-1700 for AC rooms.

Very worst hotel in Varanasi rooms are too small air conditioner are not working. Tv was hanged as a show piece. Wifi speed was too slow .

The worst thing you can imagine is available in this hotel. The staff is so arrogant and behaves like goons and tries to threaten because the visitor is an outsider obviously. Fake facilities and assurance are provided before you booked and pay the amount after the amount is paid they act like you begging for basic facilities. they charged advance money and even water is not given by them. Privacy is the basic issue no curtains no latches on the bathroom doors and the bathroom of another room is just attached and the window is not as good for privacy. smelly mattress and bedsheets and dirty blanket. A dustbin is full of waste. When we said you're not sticking with the assurance given by the staff before booking they are ready to fight because the amount is already paid. Owner said "Aage se aaenge to ye sab ka dhyaan rkhna" lekin abhi hogya . so rude staff especially the receptionist. Rats and lizards were in the room for this he said -"ab ye to hote hi hai inka kya kre hum". so a pathetic experience. Never ever suggest anyone visit Ustav Residency Lanka Varanasi.
