I got my room in the 5th floor.. The Rooms are Good but they used a perfume which is very strong and it took me a lot of time to adapt to that. The Lighting in the Rooms are not Great during night.. There are Yellow lights which dont lit up the room well. The bath Is amazing tho. I got it for around 1k per room and i think its worth the price.. apart from the dim lighting and the smell.. Overall a great room for night stay and for those who want to explore the city in the morning rather than stay in the hotel.Wi-Fi is great. Working Cable TV. 24hr Hot Water. Metro is just 200m away (walkable distance) from the hotel. Location of the hotel is in a prime location which is Great.

From my own experience, I'd really advise against staying here. I had booked two rooms, and the staff were pretty rude, and their idea of hospitality was seriously lacking. The rooms were a nightmare; bugs everywhere—cockroaches and bedbugs galore. Bathrooms were dirty, and in the shower, hardly any water was coming. We asked for a menu but got no response, even after repeatedly calling the receptionist, so we ended up going hungry as they don't allow outside food. Next morning, all they had to offer was a sorry for their terrible behavior. And to top it off, despite promising free breakfast on the third-party booking website, they wanted extra cash for it. Honestly, they're nothing but scammers and liars.

Very bad experience. Ver bad services. Not to suggest entertain this hotel. Online booking is much bad. They are showing helpless. Six floor lift is also not there and online booking will be given in six floor. There is no respect of online customer.

I recently stayed at a hotel, and it was a truly disappointing experience. The maintenance of this place is deplorable. Almost everything in the room was either broken or in a non-working condition. To make matters worse, cockroaches were a constant presence, crawling everywhere, which is beyond unsanitary. The bedrooms were extremely uncomfortable, with lumpy mattresses and worn-out furnishings. Adding to the frustration, the doors in the rooms wouldn't close easily, compromising both safety and privacy. I strongly advise against staying here unless you have no other options. It was a dismal and uncomfortable stay that I wouldn't wish upon anyone.
