Good basic budget hotel 5-10 minutes walk from city centre (need to take stairs across the road). Roams are clean and tidy with a view of the valley on one side. The hotel is situated at a bit height and one needs to climb one set of stairs to reach. Staff is friendly and courteous The only issue is they lock the main doors at night and we had to wake them up to open since we had to leave early morning around 6am( They were friendly and opened the gate without any fuss)

Worst service, rooms are also not nice. Basis items are not available in room. No in dining service for even tea u have to come to cafeteria .. you can't order food anytime, for that u need tk inform the hotel staff atleast 6-8 hrs they will get it from outside and give u. Only water bottle is available that upto 9:30 PM after that they will switch off the lights of common area and gates will also closed . No one will be available at reception after 9:30 . If u r booking through online then be careful, u will get the deluxe room at 1200/- ( tax included ) directly at Hotel . Online prices are high .. Actual hotel Name is Vally View Hotel

Just only word comes to my mind. That is wonderful. Truly in all respects. We were in a suit room. To stay here, particularly the room was excellent. A long view of Namchi you can witness. Room rent not at all costly. Service is excellent. Food is good enough. The hotel is in a very nice position. Clean and well decorated. Thanks to the management. We stayed there 3 nights. In a word, the demand of a Tourist is cent percent fulfilled. Thanks again.
