I stayed at the hotel from 13.01.2024 to 14.01.2024. My experience with this hotel is quite bitter. During my stay, the geyser in my bathroom was not functional at night and in spite of several requests the staff did not care to pay heed. It was quite obvious that they were deliberately doing such things, don't know why. Moreover, the hotel do not have their own restaurant though they have their own menu charts in every room with every item heavily priced. I found that they were fetching food items from outside and making bills with higher cost. The behaviour of the staff were not hospitable and quite rude. Overall, I would not recommend it.

I recently stayed at HOTEL VIRAAT INN in Gaya, Bihar, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The rooms were disgustingly dirty and infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The bedsheet provided was also unclean. Furthermore, most of the switchboards were broken, posing a safety hazard. To add to the discomfort, the geyser was not functional during my entire stay, despite multiple requests to the hotel management. Their lack of concern and failure to address these issues was extremely disappointing. Overall, it was a highly unsatisfactory and unpleasant stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and hygienic accommodation.

It's was a nice stay in Viraat Inn. The rate is moderate. I reached Gaya for Pind daan for my parents and stayed in this hotel. Hotel service department arranged knowledgeable Pandit for the Pind daan Puja, who completed the Puja accurately with great shradha. The expense for Pind daan Puja was very less and affordable for middle class. Hotel service is good . Serving of food in time, availability of hot water in bathroom in the morning. Room was neat and clean. I will refer the name of hotel Viraat to all my relatives and friends.

One of average budget hotel near the railway station. Location is a bit off the main road in a gulli. Serivice is polite but tardy. The manager was helpful in giving advice on our purpose of visit. Stayed there for two days, the purpose was to carry out religious rituals at the ghat. Loaction is crowded, noisy and messy. Front of the hotel has kachra dump. But on a budget you can't complain much.
