Basic rooms. Courteous front office porters. Two soap and two small towels in the bathroom. No shower (only cold shower). Floor level bucket for hot water bath. Ample hot water - solar, 💚. Ample car/van/bus parking. Complimentary breakfast - eat little and be happy. Antique TV (Cathode Ray Tube) - helps your kids understand the functioning of a CRT and the great old tube TV. Easy to reach the main church 1 Km. Morning star church 1/2 km. Will recommend this hotel if other decent options are not available. Not worth the price and certainly no good food (many reviews mention the food was good, but it is not.

Good budget hotel. Near to velankani church, bus stand, market, beach. Stayed here during new year time. 24 hrs hot water, clean neat. Counter staff humble and quick service if we call for room service. 1 water bottle provided everyday.complimentary breakfast which includes so many dishes daily menu idli sambar, medu vada, serves dosa hot infront of you. Somedays egg omlete that too serves hot, 1 sweet dish, bread butter jam every day. Someday kichdi someday pongal. Very tasty breakfast. Coffee is the best. And canteen staffs also very good. Avoid it at all costs...bed bugs infected rooms. Though I have stayed here on 2 different occasions, the place is now horrible. Had to shuttle rooms in the middle of the night with 2 kids not one time....total of 3 rooms in one night. Bed bugs just not in the mattress, in pillow covers, bed crevices. Though staff has been understanding, they are severely understaffed, no maintenance whatsoever....how could army of bed bugs can be there, if the sheets have been changed on daily basis. Be careful and avoid.

Its really close to the church. So location is a huge advantage and we get enough gated parking.. Thats the most important thing. But the facility as a whole is a bit aged.. Rooms are well kept to the extent possible. But the age of the facility shows everywhere, especially the bathrooms.. The lobby is aged and deserted.. Rooms are ok.. Furniture aged.. Washroom fittings are aged and somewhat stained... One thing worth mentioning is the food.. Never eat from here.. I ordered chilly chicken and got chicken dipped in sambar kind of thing.. Ordered chicken fried rice and got some rice mixed with previous days chicken fry.. 🤣 so food is typically non authentic... Dont eat... Rest is manageable... And as said the major positive is the parking and location...
